In order
to fully get to know the region, one must take a look at its
cultural environment and discover what is playing in theatres,
being exhibited in galleries, or even take part in festivals,
all of which tell a great deal about the place one spends
one’s holiday in. Central Moravia is a rich region in this
respect with many notable cultural figures associated with
it. At present, the contemporary artistic, theatrical and
musical creative activity is also particularly interesting.

The Archbishop’s Chateau

Theatre
The excellent opera, operetta, ballet and dramatic
performances of the Moravian Theatre are a truly pleasant
cultural experience. The theatre celebrated the 80th anniversary
of the emergence of a permanent Czech professional theatre

Moravian Symphony Orchestra
